ISO9001 Certification reflects an organisation’s commitment to quality, leadership, systems and the sound and stable processes which can deliver consistently safe services that meet their patients’ expectations.

Whilst certification is not a mandatory process for a specialist medical practice, the commitment to demonstrate this has been undertaken by Dr Russo and his team by measuring performance against an internationally recognised Quality Management System.

Once certification is achieved, a certificate, valid for three years, is issued as proof of commitment. During this time, there is an initial six month, nine month, nine month review which becomes an annual review thereafter.
